During this time, I managed to find a genius within myself, started a successful business working with top speakers in the personal development and business industry (including Mykola himself), and bringing them to my home country—Moldova.
Mykola taught me to be transparent and take responsibility, and now I am also teaching my team these things. And, of course, I am looking for a genius in every employee, carefully noticing what they are great at. I feel and see how people in my team are changing, which is the most important thing!
