Over the past few months, traveling through Western and Central Europe, I’ve come to a realization that didn’t just surprise me — it completely stunned me.
The culture of mentorship here is almost non-existent.
People don’t look for mentors.

At best, they attend a workshop or a training, take a few notes, and believe they’ve learned it all.

In the U.S., it’s totally different.
